Our project aims to design a futuristic smart recycling machine with an integrated mobile app that makes waste segregation simple, rewarding, and community-driven—helping societies and cities move toward a cleaner, sustainable future.
Garbage Separator – Automatically separates wet waste and plastic. Solar Powered – Runs on sunlight, reducing electricity dependency. Reward Points System – Users earn points for recycling plastic, redeemable as coupons. Touch Screen Display – Simple, guided interface for all age groups. Useful Product Output – Converts waste into tiles, bricks, gardening tools, and decorative items for the community. Machine Health Alert – Sends notifications to society if the machine malfunctions. Smart Sensor – Detects when plastic is thrown near the machine (even without direct contact).

Our app serves both society members and committee members. Society Members – Recycle daily, earn rewards, track streaks, and view recycling history. Committee Members – Manage machine health, vendors, society data, events, and payments.
App Features (For Members) Garbage Reminder – Get notified to dispose of your waste on time. Points Collection – Earn and track recycling reward points. Streak Tracker – Shows daily/weekly recycling streaks. User Profile – Personal dashboard with recycling history. Garbage Dump History – Track how many times you used the machine. User Ranking – Compare your recycling activity with other society members. How to Use Guide – Simple steps for first-time users. Donate to NGO/School – Give extra products to nearby schools/NGOs/orphanages. App Features (For Committee Members) Machine Alert – Notifications if the machine stops working. Contact Vendors – Access verified vendors interested in buying recycled products. Society Data Dashboard – Full records of usage, recycling rates, and output. Meeting & Event Updates – Manage and notify members about society events. Maintenance & Payments – Track maintenance schedules and collect society payments digitally.
